FANTASTIC Experience!

I was super happy to find a fridge stocked with water, beer, AND snacks. WHAT a surprise! A dog bed, bowl, and treats were also provided. This made it especially cute. The hot tub was super clean (and easy to use!). Plus, the pet corner was a bonus for my animal loving daughter.
I was somewhat disappointed that the carvery experience wasn't great. I did have to stand in a queue to order and pay for my drinks and food instead of receiving table service. This did.

The grounds are beautiful (just seems to go on!) and provide fantastic views. This enhanced the overall experience. I really enjoyed exploring the extensive hotel and felt completely immersed in nature .

My sister's 60th birthday celebration had 28 guests and the event coordinator, Frances, was helpful, answering emails quickly. Harry managed the night smoothly, organizing everything with great attention to detail. The function room looked beautiful and the catering team prepared amazing food. I really appreciated their efforts and professionalism.
